The NBA 2K Series is series of basketball games released annually. It began in 1999 as an exclusive to the Sega Dreamcast. It was originally published by Sega, under the label Sega Sports, and developed by Visual Concepts. It is now published by 2K Sports and still developed by Visual Concepts.

ESPN NBA 2K5 (or NBA 2K5) was released September 28, 2004 for Xbox and September 30, 2004 for PlayStation 2. It was developed by Visual Concepts and published by Sega and Global Star Software. Ben Wallace was the cover athlete. This is the last NBA 2K game to be published by Sega before Sega sold Visual Concepts to Take Two Interactive. Although the Sega Sports logo isn't shown on screen, the Sega logo is shown instead before the ESPN Videogames logo.

NBA 2K10 Draft Combine[]

NBA 2K10 Draft Combine was released August 26, 2009 on the Xbox Live Arcade for 400 Microsoft Points and September 3, 2009 on the PlayStation Store for $4.99. The game allows users to create a player and put them through a pre-NBA draft camp with drills and games to increase their draft stock. Users can upload their player to the 2K servers and use the player in the NBA 2K10 My Player mode. Derrick Rose is the cover athlete.
